Justin has a witty sense of humor but also a great knowledge of the Valley housing market in general. He is a patron of our business and over the years has become my go to for many things real estate related as well as business. Selling your home is a stress inducing, cortisol raising, gray hair making ordeal. I wanted a highly knowledgeable, responsive, approachable person that would be able to break down a marketing plan for the sale of my house in Van Nuys, Los Angeles and I found him in Justin. Very friendly and indefatigable, Justin was able to find a buyer and began the escrow within a week or two. Justin was very professional from the start, not pushy, and vey knowledgeable. I remember the first house we saw with him he spent nearly an hour there with us and was very forthcoming about the downsides of it if we chose to offer. Ultimately he was very supportive of our opinion and had a lot of feedback for us. We were not easy buyers to deal with either. It was a great experience working with Justin to find for our home. We had been given another agents info and had started the process with him but once we were introduced to Justin we knew it was time to switch. Yes, we left our already working realtor to work with Justin; he knew he business, our area, and gave us his time. That is the key here, to work with an agent that will actually work with you and not just hand you off to their assistant. Justin comes with great knowledge, a diligent team, and the best service.
