Justin has been helping my wife and I understand the Lake Balboa and Van Nuys market as first-time sellers. I met Justin Bonney because he was working in the area of Lake Balboa, selling successfully houses and I heard that Lake Balboa was one of his focus. Justin has such intimate knowledge of every aspect of homebuying whether move in ready or helping you with a vision for the possibilities for fixer uppers as well. He helped me spot the bad opportunities (ie cracked foundations, poor location, poor construction) and keep looking. Timing is everything and he is on top of the new listings each day.
