Kyle was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from pre-approval through closing. He was always very responsive to any questions that we had and took the time to explain the whole process to us, as I was a first time home buyer. He also provided us with different financing options that we were not aware of that helped us get the most out of the money we had saved for our down payment. He was great to work with and I would recommend him and Revolution Mortgage to anyone looking for a lender!

I refinanced and did a cash out mortgage on an investment property with Kyle. Kyle made then whole process super easy and a breeze. He communicated throughout the whole process, let me know what to expect, and did not drag his feet in any part of the process. We were about to close in about 30ish days. The rate was also within a quarter percent of my primary residence, truly unheard of for a cash out investment property refi. Kyle is the only mortgage offer I would recommend!

First let me start by saying Kyle was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful guiding us through the mortgage and home buying process. We always felt like we were a priority and that he had our best interests in mind. He was always reachable no matter what our questions were. People always say how difficult home buying is and how stressful it can be but Kyle made this so quick and easy for us. Should we need any help in the future I know we will be reaching out to Kyle again.

I just completed my purchase of my first investment property out of state. Kyle and his team where excellent through the loan process. Start to finish I was well informed with what was happening and what I needed to do to keep moving forward. I was very please how fast and responsive his team is with any questions you my have and how fast the loan was finished.
