My wife and I were in a tough situation. We had switch realtors, but were still using the lender our old realtor recommended. When we found a house we loved, we put an offer on it and it was excepted. The problem was that the seller wanted to close in 30 days and our old lender couldnt close an FHA loan that quickly, quoting us 45 days.
