Working with Kyle and Fairway was a fantastic experience as a first-time home buyer. The process was made simple and easy to understand despite the intimidating nature of what we were trying. Closing costs came in lower than I had planned for and I was extremely satisfied with every step of the process.

Kyle was amazing to work with! He walked us through the entire process. He was in constant contact with us and our realtor. He was avaiable day and night. We had a few bumps in the road, but he was there to smooth them over and to help us get through the home buying experience as quickly as possible. I highly reccommend Kyle and his team! They answered every possible question we had and could not have been nicer!

Kyle was so wonderful to work with - as a first-time buyer with no clue what to expect, I figured out right away that I'd gotten really lucky!! This is a guy you can email on a Friday night with a random loan question, and he will text you back four minutes later. He answered EVERY question I had going through this process, made it SO easy to get all of my documents together, and really made me feel like I understood the mortgage process (no small feat). I highly recommend Fairway Mortgage company for any of your mortgage needs. Whether you are doing a refinance or a new loan they are extremely fast, professional and provide thorough communication. I did a new home loan with them and they did it in 33 days, which is much quicker than any other bank I checked with. It would have been even faster, but I slowed them down with some of my paperwork. Kyle did a great job in helping us secure financing. It is evident that he enjoys what he does. We started working with a mortgage broker in a big bank but decided to check out Kyle on the recommendation of our realtor. Kyle walked us through the process and showed use several programs that worked for us that the larger bank didn't offer. He helped us to know which programs were the best for our situation. Kyle was always a phone call or text away and very responsive.
