Process was awesome from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone. Rate was great and the application process was very easy to navigate. Underwriting went super quick.
Great group that works well together! I contacted them the day I went into contract and they had the closing in 30 days with no problems. Don’t waste your time with the high pressure big banks that overcharge and delay closings.
Kyle and his team did what other lenders and agents would not or could not do. Had it not been for Kyle and team, my family would not be living in our home - and that's not an exaggeration. To say that we are grateful is an understatement. I was relocating my family for a job and needed to close very fast. I cannot praise Kyle highly enough. Due to his availability and willingness to help, we were able to get pre-approved, on May 12th and closed on our new house June 8th.
