Wonderful Front desk staff was above and better and helpful and welcoming, especially Lois. When we had issues with our safe Juan was quick to help us fix the problem. Pool was quiet and clean. Rooms were nicely upgraded.

Pretty hotel with Basil Fawlty style check in process. But all in all a pleasant stay :-) Comically botched up check in process - which was not entirely the fault of the desk staff, albeit the more superior of the two present, a lady who appeared to be the manager, kept on handing me forms with the in turn the wrong name, the wrong charge etc. etc. Then the room key didn't work - twice (I was given a hard key in the end). Exceptional Had a wonderful experience at the Oasis Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing as they went beyond to help make my stay enjoyable.

Room was clean but a little overpriced. The first impression was not good. I entered the lobby of the hotel which had two buckets collecting water from the leak from two rooms above. The bed frames were a little rickety and made noise when you moved positions. The staff was friendly! The room was clean.
Honest truth The pool/spa were a big grungy.. so we didn't use it. The coffee maker in the room didn't work and the lobby was closed at 7:00 a.m. so bummer no coffee for the morning telecon. Sadly the key card on our door didn't work the next morning, so maintenance was called to open a door so we can get our luggage and check out. But other than that....! The price & location were great!
