It’s a place that I do not think I will go back The hotel looks a lot different from the pictures posted on Booking.com. A little scary in a way. No safe, no microwave. No body to check me out at 7 in the morning. Need to wait till 7:30. The cleaning lady is very friendly

Major plumbing problems in the hotel with raw sewage in my bathtub and lobby dripping nasty water I could not even take a shower the second night as the repairman banged on my door to tell me to stop. I went out for dinner and came back and had raw sewage and feces filling my bathtub. (See photos) No offer to reimburse me just to switch to another room Nasty situation. Nothing.

Great place but office manager needs better interactions Gym need more supplies . I have asked twice with no response 2 pools 2 hotvtubs
Not a fun experience Run down and only 1 spa working with no house keeping or even a possibility of getting a spoon to make coffee or a kettle to make tea. Not much, very run down

In general not bad ( cleaning 100% stuff 100% location 100% ) The shower not really warm or hot , the AC not really good and the system of check in have to block insurance 100-250$ for just one night even not mentioned in booking not really good when it’s international bank card and have med budgeting The room perfect I can book again after three things should changed

Een nachtmerrie. Nacht lawaai . Luidruchtige frigo deze hebben we afgekoppeld voor de nacht. Niet kunnen slapen door luidrichtingen buren . S’nachts niemand bereikbaar aan de balie . Enkel nachtwaker . Wakker gemaakt door de politie die een gewapende inval heeft gedaan op de kamer naast ons waarschijnlijk na ander klachten . Bij het uitchecken aan de receptie gemeld sorry U had onze nachtwaker moeten contacteren hij had deze mensen onmiddellijk verwijderd van het Hotel wij zijn de hoogte van geluidsoverlast.
