Good location, we had a lovely time in Palm Springs but I am not sure I'd book this hotel again. The hotel was fine, not nearly as nice as it looked in the photos. Especially the pools when the "resort" fee is so high. The bathrooms have not all been redone....... The staff was wonderful. Coffee in the lobby, although it would've been nice to be able to make coffee in our room. We could walk to a few nice restaurants and shops.

it was a great hotel I will definitely come again and recommend. I did not like that the pool was freezing cold but the maintenance worker was doing his best to fix it it was super clean and very quiet. I loved the pool and the hotel inside the room was super nice and made me feel right at home.

Overall it's pretty good for the price. The entrance door for the room is a little old, does not fit very well; it can use an upgrade. Also, a table or desk should be added to the room to make it more useable. The price is reasonable. The staff is professional and nice. The room size is quite good. The bed is very clean. The wifi connects well. The location is off the downtown area, but it's fine with me; I have a car. Parking is not a problem. It's easy to get in and out of the property.

Loved the pools We took a quick family trip to Palm dessert and stayed at Oasis hotel. Our kids loved that there was the two pools and It was nice to sit in the cabana beds and be out of the sun. The rooms were newly renovated and I liked the style of the rooms. Our trip was too short so we will have to come back next time again and stay there.

Good The sheets were scratchy poly-blend, the walkways needed better cleaning to sweep up leaves and debris. There is a lot of dog poop on the lawn. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and nicely designed. The pool area was pleasant. We could walk to a few restaurants.
