Horrible experience. Want a refund at least one night stay Morning shift woman was rude & yelling at me for asking assistance to coffee pot not working in my room. Then yelling at me when I told her nobody had come.Didn’t offer me coffee from lobby while I waited, she had the maintenance man interrupting while I was talking to her about the problem The warm pool was dirty the whole time I was there. Nice place nice location just ac sucks doesn’t keep up with the summer heat Room was hot… I had reservations so u would think they would check room and turn on air conditioner since it’s 114 room facing the sun.. but they didn’t and they said they do that for guests but some how mine got missed…my room didn’t cool off till late at night.. it was miserable…the manager did say to call booking and I did send messages to booking with his number to get a refund.. booking keeps giving me the run around Property was an older place ... read more

Very Poor The room was dirty. Food was left in the fridge from the last people staying in it. Also it was a Motel not a Hotel. Hairs were also all over the bathroom walls and floor.
Horror stay at L3 Oasis Hotel Palm Springs I accidentally booked the wrong dates and send them a message to ask if they could change the dates. Only on the date of check-in they replied to me that I had to do it on Booking; too late to make the amendment there. Upon arrival (I was late due to a flat tire with my rental) I asked again at the reception if it was arranged. They told me to return the nxt day and discuss with the manager. Disappointing We found bed bugs and roaches in our room. The location and pool.
Disappointing Booking.com said there was a no hidden fee policy with Booking.com and with this property. NOT TRUE. I found out at 10pm on Friday that there is a $50 "late check-in fee" after 11pm. Had I know that ahead of time I could have left an hour earlier. Since I live in Los Angeles which is 2 hours away, I got there at midnight. I spoke with 4 people, and on the last day with the manager "who is the only one who can do something". I will not be staying here again. The rooms were not very clean. The pool was a disaster very dirty. Lots of things on the bottom lots of things floating on the top. During our stay, the fire alarm went off around 11:45. We called the emergency number and no one answered. Fire department finally showed up. But still many people were unaware of what was actually going on very poor communication on the hotels part. The property was conveniently located.
