Poor Staff only came to clean room once in 5 days and we had to ask twice. Front desk didn’t open till late (8:00am). Tub week water pressure, never really got hot and tub did not drain well at all!! Would not stay again! Not much.

Préféré un autre La clim en panne et débranchée La baignoire bouchée L'attitude de propriétaires et famille a la piscine Le bruit du balayeur avec un souffleur La TV non connectée Pas de ménage (cause Covid) Aucu service, pas de minibar... Prix excessif Lois... le personnel à l'accueil

From Bad to Worse... It got worse when we started questioning our bill. They charged us 10 days later with no invoice. I had to chase after the invoice, and when I got it, this is what I discovered: - the amount charged was different from the amount billed - They DIDN’T HONOR Booking’s rate and charged more - Their invoice was an absolute mess (from $399 base rate to a whopping $762, luckily marked paid, go figure…) - They ACCUSED US OF PILLOW THEFT, adding a fluffy $80 to the bill!! - and latest development: they informed u... read more

I work as a Customer Experience Director and I expected a better experience for $500/night. At minimum the room temp -Poor ventilation- HVAC didn’t work, no air flow and temp.settings didn’t work. It made loud noises and room temp. was unforgivable and stuffy- couldn’t sleep. -Bathroom didn’t have a humidistat fan. -No closet available and no ironing board. Only clothing rack. -Coffee maker didn’t work. It was mostly renovated, clean and close to shopping.

Work in progress! Like a motel 6 but with nice pool. Walls paper thin. Traffic noise in room significant. No room cleaning unless requested and then only after 3 calls.

Fair When we arrived it was after the check-in time and when we called the emergency contact number it had not been connected, so we were forced to find another hotel that night. This could have easily been resolved with a courtesy call. Also, there were issues with room and facilities cleaniness that could be resolved with better attention to detail. Overpriced There was dust on a lot of items in room. Mattress was hard. Room was redone but felt the redo was not up to 4 star standards. Bathroom tiles were mismatched. We paid $386.00 for one night and I feel like this was too much for this hotel. I was expecting a lot more for the money. Coffee in room had zero cream or sugars so we could not even get a cup of decent coffee unless we went down the street.
