I'd heard a lot about this place and their matcha, so I was very excited to try but I was quite disappointed. It wasn't terrible but it was more of a try once and be done. This place is definitely overhyped because of its aesthetic and not because it has authentic matcha. My friend and I ordered two Keith Lee Matchas, they were a little sweet with a slight matcha flavor but overall the drink was kind of bland. Such a good experience at La La Land! It was quite a long line, but I'd say the coffee is definitely worth it! Their banana cloud latte was a blast of banana flavor that tasted so balanced with the espresso. The French toast latte fell a little short, and the cinnamon flavor wasn't so prominent. But the salted perfect latte was a surprisingly Perfect combo of flavors. Pretty snazzy interior! Pretty snazzy line as well. Hard to say if it's worth the 45+ min wait for the matcha duo but still delicious.

My first time at La La Land was a positive experience! The whole exterior and inside was inviting. It felt very chic. I wanted to try one of their cloud matchas, but the cashier said they were pretty sweet and I don't like overly sweet drinks. So, I opted for the mango Passionfruit iced tea. It was so good!! Especially on a hot day. There was a hint of sweetness, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I wish they would let you modify the matcha drink or cut back on the sweetness ratio. Lots of hype about this place - very popular, long lines. Cute reusable plastic cups- small or large size. They also have hats for sale and their pastries look huge and decadent- not for nut allergy customers. Three of us got drinks from here to try. Looks pretty but not knock you off your chair spectacular.

Coffee is great but the lines here are always long and the staff aren't prompt. I've had to step out of the line a few times. You can work fast and efficiently while still giving great customer service.

Easily the best matcha I have ever had!! Just the right consistency and flavors! We went back 4 times while staying in LA! An absolute must! But order ahead in their app so you don't have to wait in line. Our drinks were almost always ready when the app said they would be, so we didn't have to wait in lines.

Strawberry Cloud Chai, I got it will oat milk, FIRE. 10/10 I'd wait in the long line again for it lol. Super creamy, tastes like real strawberry, and the chai is not too overpowering/spiced. The Perfect Latte, my bf got it with coconut milk and I was not a fan. It was gross with the coconut milk, but that was probably our fault lol. My bf loved it thought!
