AMAZING avocado toast. Super good coffee. Will definitely be back. Nice cashier. Speedy service. Cute shop.

Customer service was bad here. The drinks did taste a bit strange. I don't know what happened with quality control. Maybe lala-land locations might differ.

This place always has a very bad service I've been here multiple times and I just never feel welcomed , today the girl who took my order seemed like she was forced to even be there iam learning how to speak English and I pronounced oat milk wrong and she corrected me back in a rude way giving me attitude and faces she also asked for my name multiple times bc she said she "couldn't hear me" .and I asked her for 2 small drinks and one large and I only received one small drink and one large I went back to ask about my 3rd drink... read more

Service was terrible. The cashier didn't greet us, she was giving us attitude and looked bored being there. We got 2 charli matcha, we ordered iced but when our drinks came out, one came out hot and the other came out iced. The hot matcha wasn't the correct drink since it had no cookie butter cream in it. We told the barista that we ordered both iced drinks, the barista didn't even acknowledge me. She just aggressively took the drink ticket and remade my drink.

This place is terrible the wait isn't because it's good, its literally cuz every worker is in lalaland here. There is not a shred of sense of urgency amongst the workers here. But ok its kinda good but damn it's a long ass wait cuz of the above

The stars were because the Matcha was pretty good and sweetness was on point. However, I asked for no whipped cream, but it still came with the whip. And it was a pretty small cup for $8. The design was nice inside and even the straws were super cute (heart shaped). We were not greeted upon entering while others were. The staff were busy dancing and socializing instead of greeting the guests. And our cashier just had a hard time focusing on doing her job. Really bad service every time I visit, plenty of staff but they never seem to be putting the customer first.
Horrible staff as far as efficiency. Everyone is doing 1 task slowly and ineffective while there is 1 person at the cashier and a 50-1hour + wait time from waiting in line and receiving order. Recommend getting rid of staff for more fast paced workers from locations like Tierra Mia or even Starbucks. (Still waiting on my drink)

Been here before so here's my impression on a return visit 9/12/2023 like 9:20ish pm...: Line was not to long but not short , but it was moving. Establishment is always clean and well lite 5/5 Staff was pleasant and check out for the coffee was easy , the opened the side doors for pick up orders which was nice cause usually at the front counter it's to much congestion My one issue is that support beam by the register really disrupts the flow, if you have a wheelchair, walking device, or stroller it's extremely difficul... read more
