Love seeing LaLa open a new location, and this one does not disappoint! The staff were very busy, but went out of their way to spread the kindness that their cafe stands for. There's plenty of seating outside and cozy couches/chairs inside, which we found a spot at while we waited. The creme brûlée matcha latte was the perfect toasty drink on a cold afternoon, and you really can't beat their cute branding. Cheers to lots of matcha option and spreading kindness, one sip at a time!

JAE HANNAH GRACE RACHAEL ABRIL WERE AMAZING! Don't you love when you walk into a place and they uplift your energy because their energy is so awesome and pure? Well this is the place!!!!! They were so kind as soon as I walked in, put me on game for their lavender bliss, and were FAST FAST FAST. I took a seat on their comfy fashion forward couches and they immediately called my name! And the latte was perfection ! For sure a new favorite in the city!!!

10/10 love it. The people are so sweet and the food is incredible. Also the whole atmosphere is super fun and cute. They even paid to two of my friends food because of difficulties (on my friends side).

So excited to discover this cheerful new coffee and tea shop. The staff is very friendly, and the coffee is excellent with many interesting choices including a special sauce. I can't wait to return to try the Yuzu Tea.

what usually takes 5 minutes took 20!! I ordered a large hibiscus tea and a hazelnut toast. The tea came out in about 2 minutes but I waited another 20 for my toast. They weren't busy at all! In fact there was only one other person waiting before me and all employees were just in the front talking, I only say 1 working. In fact 3 of the girls were standing around one of the girls phones just talking and laughing... absolutely terrible service.

I really want to love this place, the vibe and menu are great! However, I have to admit, the way they place drinks at the very edge of the counter, where people stand and chat right over them, really creeps me out. I've visited this location several times, and the first time, I noticed it immediately but pushed through despite my fear of oral bacteria since my drink had a lid on it. I was so excited to try this coffee shop, but was disappointed. The iced latte was way too sweet and the customer service was not the best. I did appreciate the quality of the cups and straws, but overall this is overhyped!
