Horrible- first time in asked for help with menu and treated like I was from outer space. Situation was there was a long line line behind us and we had 5 "new customers trying to see menu & order. I asked for help with ordering for my son and the young lady didn't understand , "do you offer anythng on you menu like eggs/ meat; for this young man...she stood back and asked another helper. This cafe is aesthetically appealing from all the photos and reviews . My personal experience was not what I was expecting . During this pandemic it is especially important to pick places to enjoy. This establishment did not feel welcoming . I ordered the la la matcha late with almond milk. This drink tasted more like almond milk than anything else.

Came here on a whim with some friends as they mentioned it was a new and cute cafe. Cute was as far as it got though. We were greeted by what seemed like condescending pleasantries from waitstaff. It was as if we all eyes were on us and not in a nice way. The experience was incredibly uncomfortable. Ordered the La La Latte and boy, was I GREATLY disappointed! I basically paid $5 for a cup of milk. A gallon of milk costs less at a grocery store! Definitely overpriced! The cafe was at least clean. Likely will be returning... read more

The place was cute, but that was it. As soon I walked in with my party (all 5 of us are Asian) we got dirty looks from all the customers sitting there and even the people at the registers. The male cashier taking our orders seemed ANNOYED of us when the Yuzu green tea that my friend wanted was UNAVAILABLE and had to order something else...as if that was our fault? Smh. I went here on a whim and thought it looked really cute on Instagram. The place was cute but the drinks were overpriced. I ordered the la la latte with almond milk and I only tasted almond milk and not enough espresso. I won't be returning.

This was my first time here. The place was nice, but that's about it. Ordered the london fog and it tasted watered down. The rest of my group ordered the la la latte and the la la matcha and tasted like we bought only milk.
