The service was terrible. This review is for whoever was working 7/28/24 at 10:45. I got an upside down latte and it tasted like dirt. My friend got a la la land latte and it was delicious, so we went up to ask if they could remake my drink or get me something different. She looked at us like we were crazy, asked us what was wrong with it, and proceeded to give us more attitude. Cute name. Cute place.... Not good coffee. I've tried them twice with a cappuccino. And they just either don't know how to make one or the coffee is sub par.... And for a $6.00 cup it seems like it should be outstanding...

Coffee is good, but staff was not friendly. Seating is not plentiful, walls are bare, seating did not feel clean, and did not smell good inside. Will not be returning because of the staff, seating, & smell.

Although the coffee is ok, the prices do not match the quality and size of beverages. The two times I have been to this specific location, they have charged me for a Large drink, and given me a small. When asked to remedy the situation, they poured it into a larger cup and filled it with ice. The workers, despite the fact that they're supposed to be "kind," are sarcastic and rude. In order to run a success business it's recommended that all parts of the business are able to run successfully. To be a coffee shop off lovers lane, have 5 staff working your bar, kitchen closed due to "no food" and each bathroom out of service is disappointing. This coffee shop does not deserve to be in this part of Dallas

2 stars does not go directly to the quality of coffee - it's good coffee, I'll give them that. Service is TERRIBLY SLOOOOOW! And I think perhaps partly due to new staff but OMG takes 20 mins to get an avocado toast (said the lady next to me), while I wait over 15 mins for an americano.... An americano(!) - SIMPLE drink! Please hire QUALIFIED staff.... y'all are WAY too busy to have these issues in a very prominent neighborhood! C'mon! Drip is up the street and they are fast AND friendly!

This used to be one of my favorite cafes, but my last two experiences especially this last one today were awful. I stopped in two days ago for a London Fog and while it took about 15 minutes to make, it's as actually made well. I went in again today for the same drink and again waited about 15 minutes (both times there were 4-5 people working and no one else in line but they were socializing while I was waiting for my drink). NOT a good location to work from. Every single chair at the high top is uneven and the chair nearly fell over when I leaned back. Fix the chairs. It's also VERY loud every time I've come in. The lounge couches are more of a social scene than work. My espresso was bitter and honestly kinda lukewarm. My friends matcha was a 3/5. She said it just tasted like sweet milk and not really matcha flavor at all. Also getting a little frustrated with businesses not accepting cash. Since when did physical money become worthless?
