Placed a pickup order today and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The woman at the counter would not acknowledge us even though she clearly saw us. She gave us dirty looks twice when we politely asked if we could pick up our drinks and she never greeted us or asked if we needed help. Service: When we arrived to pick up our online order, it took about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. One of the staff members (a white woman with thin eyebrows) repeatedly side-eyed us as we patiently waited to get our order, even though our two drinks were already sitting on the counter. This location needs to get it together. Me and multiple other people sit outside in the rain as our coffee orders were 20-30 minutes late. I arrived at 8:20 when my order was supposed to be ready and I stayed until 845 waiting for my order. A man shows up and waits for about 10 minutes before asking for an update on his order and sure enough it's just sitting on the back counter ready to go . I was excited to try this place, got the banana matcha drink and it was pretty good. However when I went to go pick up my drink after my name was called, I was at the outside pick-up window so I confirmed the name and the worker gave me the dirtiest look (my party also noticed it) when she realized I was at the window to pick it up rather than inside. Like huh?

I've never been more annoyed in my life. Waited an hour for their hand sanitizer collab and they were out of hand sanitizer. Spent $16 for an avocado toast just to wait another 20 min and when I asked the staff they said they only had one toaster. When waiting there was nowhere to sit or stand and people were constantly asking me to move. Terrible service and a waste of a morning, I hated everything about it.

Their Chai latte here is overpowered by the cinnamon in it. I can taste the Chai but whoever was making this drink, I wonder if they dropped the cinnamon shaker in or something. Maybe normally it would've tasted better but the quality control on this day was terrible.

i was shocked when the employee asked me if i wanted my avocado toast vegan . I have been visiting lala land since 2021 and was never informed the avocado toast was not vegan I checked the ingredients and have asked the cashier. Yesterday, I was blown away to learn lalaland puts butter on their toast. I usually have an upset stomach after going but always attributed it to the iced matcha .
