Would taste so much better if it didn't take an entire hour of my life to get a drink. I heard from a former employee, the staff is instructed by corporate to only have one person at the register if there is a line... interesting choice. I also heard that the staff is encouraged to ignore the customers, kinda ironic considering all the "Be kind" merch. Also 90% of the time I place a mobile order, they simply don't make it. I've always loved La La Land Café--the coffee tastes amazing, the vibe is unique, and I usually prefer it over Starbucks any day. But unfortunately, my visit today left me really disappointed. I stopped in during a walk, hoping to grab a quick coffee, and ended up waiting almost 25 minutes for a simple drink. That's just not acceptable for a to-go order. Went to La La land and the matcha tasted watery. Waited 30 minutes for my drink. They should wear gloves btw seen them prepared the toast without . Exploitive.

Matcha here was absolutely terrible. Tasted like nothing but milk. No flavor. No matcha flavor came thru. Extremely disappointed. Only good part of this place was the atmosphere. 2/10 never coming back

I found a glittery fake nail chip at the bottom of my matcha--absolutely revolting. Asked for extra milk because I paid for an extra shot and a tall blonde barista gave me the dirtiest look, filled up an entire cup of milk, and then placed it on the counter without saying a word. Wasteful and rude. This is a close-knit neighborhood. Do better.

~ HEAR ME OUT ~ I love how they give back to the community and spread positivity BUT their drinks need a little improvement. I ordered online to pick up and it was super fast! There's lots of outdoor & indoor seating with aesthetic vibes. I got a matcha w cold foam & a coffee with oreo cold foam. It was o k. I USUALLY MAKE MATCHA DAILY. Their matcha was a light color green and tasted like those cheap instant packs than what I make :(. The coffee was watered down. I really wanted to like it bc the place was so cute.

Now they are telling me I am banned There was a computer chord across walking isle and I told them and now I am the wrong one should of let them get sued for incident And I am not a mean person don't eat at LALA Land kind cafe they don't care about u!!!

I was approached by a woman she said she was the manager. She said I was band from the cafe two years ago. I was never told this and I have been going to the Caffé for the past two years. I am now waiting to hear from district manager. After two years later I am told you cannot come here??

This is specific a 1 star due to service. I visited this location on Saturday 4/26 @ 9:23am. I ordered a lululemon chai latte and the Hazelnut Toast along with other drink items for my friends. The drinks came out pretty quick. I noticed lots of food order started to come out but none were mine. I waited ~ 10 minutes to check in to inquire about the status of my food order.
