Lalaland is the best! The atmosphere is adorable, the service is ALWAYS kind and friendly, and their coffee is delicious. I come here any chance I get! Get the milk and honey - it's the best!

The cutest little coffee shop. Everything has a fun yellow pop and the coffee was absolutely amazing. Got the "perfect latte" with their cold foam. Will most definitely be coming back for a visit!

DO NOT COME HERE!! They have the worst customer service. And, another plus when I went to tell them about the crazy homeless lady yelling at my friends and I all they did was stare and nod at me. I will never be back her again or other chains. If I wanted to be in LA with the homeless I would have flown there.

First I want to say that my gf and I love going to la la land, but today I felt like I was annoying or interrupting the staff just by ordering. The cashier didn't even care that I wasn't finished ordering. Instead they repeatedly asked "What's a good name for the order?" Until I gave my name, when I was clearly not done ordering. It was a very strange interaction.

This review is solely for this location. The service has gone down big time. The last two times I have come it has taken over 40 minutes to get my **online** order. They are so understaffed. Every time there is a long line waiting for their to-go orders, and people waiting at the register to have their orders taken. Not good at all.

There is consistently issues with the mobile ordering service. I was quoted a 45 min additional wait time for my drink, after the app said my drink was ready. I realize it's a popular location but you'd think at this point they would prioritize trouble shooting their system for improvements. I like their product but sadly they are terribly inefficient and have shown no signs of improving their order process. Will be going elsewhere moving forward.

I hate doing this because I love La La land, my partner and I are regulars there. But you should never go on a weekend. Every time I've been on a weekend it's been criminally understaffed, and today was the worst I've seen it. It took nearly 45 minutes to get two small coffees, and because we had already ordered we couldn't just leave so ended up being late to our other commitments. La La, do better please. Very disappointed in this location. Came in with a very small crowd there already. Waited just about 30 minutes for my drink which they told me they didn't have my ticket because the machine "ate" it. That's okay if that happened because other people had the same issue but the person I spoke to gave me attitude and to only me. Don't understand why as I waited until she wasn't calling drinks out to ask for an update. Anywho, they made my drink but still somehow made me the wrong drink.
