Sooo loud in here. Music on full volume. I will say that it's very nice in here, the building is pretty. But I came here on my lunch break waited +30 mins for a latte and was late back to work. And it wasn't very busy when I went in. When I asked the barista if she called my name she said "nope." In a snarky tone, and I've heard that the staff is supposed to be especially nice because it's part of their job. The cappuccino was one of the best I've ever had but I am disappointed in the false advertising. The website talks about how they help foster kids and give them a job, but having talked to the employees on several different occasions, this is not true . I was told several times that they hire someone but they don't give them the hours at all. Most of them had no idea what I was talking about. I won't be going back

Was pretty excited to try out a nice refreshing drink but stumbled upon the entrance being blocked by boxes. Having barely any room to squeeze by I had to take apart my stroller to come in, employees didn't even bother to move the boxes they continued on their phones. After coming in was greeted by a super kind employee which took out order and tried her best to move the boxes which no other employee decided to help her. I have been to this location. The staff is ok. I ordered the Purple Rain Latte... I asked for it to be made sweeter. When I tasted it, it was bitter.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I only have 2 stars for representation, and that isn't even a thing. They move slow, got my order wrong, and I found a HAIR in my FOOD!! I'd never go back even if I was paid to. Mediocre grass tasting coffee for a big buck :/ I'd avoid it unless you're dying to be vegan or healthier options tbh. But overall I'd say you could make these at home for half the buck!!!

I've been here less than a handful of times and i'm not kidding when I say it's always bad. The matcha lattes are so poorly made and taste like they've gone bad. I don't know why I keep doing this to myself (simply wanting to support a small business). The staff is super friendly, they're the only reason i'm giving this place an extra star.
