Very poor taste of the coffee very pricey. One almond croissant cost me $5.41. Latte just more than $6 . Not even worth the price. It's just the marketing people fall for that.

AVOCADO TOAST - a must! Coffee- a bust! Second time my coffee has been terrible. We keep going for the Avocado toast though.

Took them thirty minutes and they got my order wrong twice. Especially frustrating with a broken leg.

The coffee shop itself it's nice but the drinks aren't good! I ordered their strawberry matcha and it wasn't good like people say it is. I went there because of all the reviews but to me it's not worth the price. My strawberry matcha tasted more like milk, couldn't taste the matcha at all. I work customer service and let me tell you that the staff isn't the nicest either, I was so smiley and nice to them but the energy wasn't not the same.

Service wasn't the best and the milk and honey matcha with oat milk I ordered tasted very watered down. I told the cashier my order and name. One of the four girls working calls out names, including Cynthia(me apparently..) The store was empty so after waiting ten minutes, I walk up to the counter after seeing the female employees drinking matcha and chatting. I have visited La La Land cafe plenty of times. Every time I've visited, they are busy and their service has been great. Yesterday however, I had a very different experience. There were a few people drinking their coffee and there was no one in line. There were 3 employees in the back of the counter and as my mother and I stepped up, a fourth person came from the back. Good vibes, average coffee at best. Very proud of their average product offering the low price of a 6 bucks for a small vanilla latte and 11 bucks for an avocado toast. Better options in Dallas but if you need to get a picture for social media, I won't hold it against you.

Went in on a super busy Friday morning and one register was down. I certainly expected a wait in line and for drinks, but waited over 30 minutes for my two drinks before asking where they were and being told they were having a hard time keeping up with orders. I mentioned that many people whom had ordered after me had received their drinks very quickly. Someone finally took my order again to try to expedite my drinks. Used to love this place then they changed the way they hire it seems and I'm not amused by Fuck word being on several items posted in plain site. This is in bad taste will not be going back even if coffee is amazing. In Dallas you lost a lot of happy customers coming into your stores when you started with rudeness instead of kindness!! We don't do good with bad manners!!
