I keep wanting to give this place a chance, but the service and time issues make it not worth visiting. Decent coffee (not great), good food options. But absolutely terrible wait times. I ordered a pre-made muffin and a cold brew and it took over 20 minutes. People behind the bar seem to be completely unconcerned with time management. Moving very slow and laughing talking while there are 8+ tickets at the bar. Seems they are more concerned with having fun than running a successful business.
This is one of those places where I truly felt like I got sucked into the "flawless" reviews. It was disappointing and it did not come close to meeting the hype that everyone is talking about. I have a feeling a lot family and friends of friends of friends are pumping this place up. I asked for the best sellers, she mentioned the Matcha was fantastic and high quality, and the Lavender was popular too. I got a small Matcha with Oat Milk.
