This week my wife and I have my daily stops at Lala and everyday we have an issue with them. Yesterday I came in they told me they only had non fat milk as an option nothing else and no toast. This is an ongoing issue here where they are out of everything milk, napkins, toast, utensils, there isn't a day where we've came in and it was a pleasant experience . Cute place.. love the aesthetic. Friendly employees. Coffee not so great to me . The almond croissant was good. It's very busy so some folks might not feel the same.

Stood there waiting to order while all the staff talked to one another in their sweatpants. Waites 10 minutes for a single drink while the 6 employees stood around and talked, gossiped, looked at their phone. When I finally got my $7 latte, a Carmel brûlée, it was absolutely disgusting. They were, for some reason, very busy so I decided just to drink half of it and chuck it. Starbucks gets a lot of hate but this place was absolutely dog water.

I already had a love/ hate relationship with LaLa, which peddles its "Dharma Punks" SoCal aesthetic with a blasé mean-girl attitude as reliably as anything else. Waiting 25 minutes for a cucumber salad while watching half the staff talk is wild... the girl who took my order checked on me 20 in and 5 min after I got my order

Worst avocado toast I have ever had. Actually made me feel sick after. I'm not sure how they can mess it up so badly or what the mix with the "avocado." Forced myself to finish it because I spent $26 on mine and my daughters and we were on a car trip and didn't want to stop again. Steer clear!

Clean and trendy place with nice staff, but the food and beverages are disgustingly sweet. I'd like to try other items and see if I change my mind.

Wouldn't let me order a drink with a personal cup. They said they would do it if it was one of their own branded reusable cups- but if it wasn't they would put the drink in their disposable single use cup, then I could pour it into my own cup and throw away their garbage. Don't buy here. Support companies that strive to reduce waste. UPDATE: they replied to my review asking me to email them so that it look likes they're taking my review seriously. I usually love the drinks at Lalala Land, but today's experience was far from pleasant. The staff member at the front, Jazz, was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she responded with 'what's your name' in a dismissive tone. My family and I felt so uncomfortable that we decided not to order with her and placed our order through the app instead. To add to the disappointment, the crookie croissant I ordered was stale. Customer service is everything, and this was not a good experience
