This comment goes for all LaLa land coffee locations. The lines are ridiculously long every time and this is dude to their lack of proper display of the menu. People stand in line for 30 minutes and not know what they want until they get to the register, this is the only place they have a tiny menu posted. I get the menu is on the app but not everyone has to use their phones to pull up a menu. This is the reason for the very long lines. This location is going down hill unfortunately. Service not the best. Asked for a spoon and the girl hardly looked at me when pointing to them; I couldn't see them since they were deep in the container. Ordered 2 iced la la lattes and a crookie. Everything was way too sweet but worst of all, they didn't ask me and just told me that they were out of vanilla cold foam, so used banana on one of them instead. Just the worst customer service, high prices, literally zero cares given by any single employee and the manager I requested to speak to after two orders of toast took 30 min and was a pre order 20 min before that from the app. So basically over 45 min for 2 latte 2 toast. A company that says they're for causes and impact and kindness, but the employees are teens who could care less and ignore you until you flag them down. Waits are high. Only good thing about this location are the people taking the order they're always so sweet and nice but the baristas are always so rude and mean They always forget to add the cloud foam and I of course pay extra for that and then they get mad when I ask them to add it? They Always have so much attitude it's annoying Drinks have gotten worse in flavor because they don't follow what's asked for on the order but then they get mad when you ask to fix it

If I could give this location 0 stars I would, I don't know who manages this place otherwise i'd reach out to them. I see that they are taking in starbucks refugees, there is a girl named JULIANNA CASILLAS that I used to supervise at a location in canoga park. I don't know what story she fed the manager but she was fired for cussing people out on the clock and also would get romantically involved with any coworkers that would give her the time of day. It is such a shame that management can respond to reviews regarding avocado toast and coffee drinks. I share my experience that in my eyes is a sanitation concern and no response from management. Thankfully there are other coffee shops in the Calabasas shopping center for an enjoyable experience.

It's a shame I can't give this cafe 5 stars and a more positive review considering I actually really like the drinks, especially the matcha, but it sucks that I can't say the same about the service here. I've only been a couple times but I feel like there's been an issue each time. Most recently, I ordered and was charged for a large matcha but when I received it at the counter it turned out to be a small. Unorganized staff. I ordered an iced chai latte without cinnamon topping. The guy overloaded my drink with so much cinnamon that literally every sip was just straight up cinnamon to the point that my throat was burning! I went back in another time and got a banana loaf. The outside of the bag was covered with chocolate - disgusting. When I asked for a new bag the girls behind the counter didn't even apologize. I also noticed from other negative reviews that I'm not the only one who's received a dirty food bag.
