I very much want to like this place but watching 8 employees chat, wander to and fro, and stare around the room while drinks and customers wait, makes it far more frustrating than enjoyable. What makes it worse is that this was my second visit, and I was hoping that the first one had been an anomaly. It wasn't.

Everything !! Again and again my friends say issues with THIS ONE HERE !!!!! Wrong drunk made won't remake it description of drink and actual drink not right !!!!

Came on a drizzly Friday morning, not a huge crowd. Ordered 3 toasts and a coffee. Had to wait twenty minutes then finally asked where our order was. 99% sure they were sitting in the back. Everything was cold, they forgot the egg I paid extra for. Coffee was weak. Not worth the money or time.

I'm very underwhelmed. The S'mores coffee wasn't bad, the strawberry Fresca had zero flavor. The Burrata toast was amazing. I got 3 drinks and 3 toasts for $62.00!!! The part that made me give it a low rating was the condition of the store. The walls had coffee dripped on them, the floors were filthy, trash overflowing and every girl in the from F.O.H to B.O. H had their hair down.

Honestly the place is really cute, like total Instagram worthy, which I guess is part of the appeal and amazing service, she person at the counter helped us decide what drinks to get and was very sweet. The coffee though... was terrible, tasted completely burnt and they were out of pretty much all the plant milks. I got the Carmel brûlée latte (I think that's what it's called) and i didn't taste anything besides the milk and burnt espresso. Once again coming in here was a bad idea. Leishi (unfortunately don't know exact spelling ) was the rudest person I have ever interacted with. How does a chain as successful as this have an employee like this. She made the drink wrong twice then basically turned around laughed and threw it at me. It splashed all over and she just kept laughing. The onset should immediately handle this situation as you will lose customer after customer with an employee like this

I visited La La Land Kind Cafe recently and was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of some of the staff. Instead of focusing on their work, several employees were busy chatting with each other and making TikTok videos. Additionally, I noticed they were flirting with male customers rather than providing attentive service. This behavior created a poor impression and detracted from the overall experience. This has to be my least favorite La La Land location. So far, I've been to the Santa Monica and Westlake Village ones, and both are much nicer. I was surprised how beat up everything looks inside. The paint on the walls looked really scuffed up and worn out. Also, it was pretty dirty. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a long time and had a bunch of dried up spills/dirt.
