This place is so darling such a lovely concept and food and drinks are good. The only bummer is the manager really needs to teach the employees how to focus on general cleanliness of the store. This was my second time to make a visit and it was the same both times. There was no soap or paper towels in the bathroom and 75% of the tables were filthy, and the floor was filled with trash both in the bathroom and main restaurant and the garbage cans were overflowing. Okay to start off service was great. Everyone was super sweet and attentive. There is so much sitting inside and outside and it's all looks so cute. They have a pretty good menu with lots of options on drinks and food, and pastries. I ordered an upside down latte with oat milk but they also had almond, soy, coconut and regular milk. It was so delicious and creamy. I also ordered the avocado burrata toast and it was huge! And very tasty. I will definitely be back.
So happy this finally opened in TO/westlake!!! The cucumber salad is soo good and the drinks are always a 10/10.
Cool place, clean, and nice staff. BUT I am disappointed to know they put FOOD DYES in their lavender drinks!! Yuck. It's 2024, no one wants that stuff in our food anymore.
When visiting the grove, i was looking for some coffee and I came across this place. This cafe is located in the middle and it is very aesthetic inside. They have a couch, lots of room as well. I ordered their popular la la latte and a refresher. I did not really like the taste of the latte, it did not have much flavor and it tasted watered down. I did like the refresher as it was nice and sweet.
Service is terrible, but the drinks are good. Waited about 20 minutes for an avocado toast in a fairly empty store. Employees were chatting amongst themselves, which is fine... but they had no sense of urgency on getting orders out.

My original review of this place hasn't changed. Their coffee is still mediocre and they still have one perfectly good kiosk closed and out of order. They are doing this to make the line appear longer and does save cost. Super stupid idea.
Cute vibe cute atmosphere HOWEVER, place feels dirty -- the floors are always dirty and sticky and the countertops where you order are filled with crumbs. Cute place thought just wish it was cleaner...
