the cafe de lala latte is perfect! 10/10 experience. the staff is so friendly and welcoming! the avo toasts and paninis were also amazing
Another location for those who fancy the La La Land Kind in the Grove area. The space is definitely smaller but very quaint for the neighborhood. There is less crowd than in a Beverly Grove area but it does get super busy! If Bees are attracted to yellow, I would not suggest wearing more yellow when you sit outside. It's a very Parisian themed restaurant and you feel like you are in a whole new world of happiness when you are here. Just even sitting on the white chairs and drinking a cuppa coffee feels completely amazi... read more
So...we have one more café on 3rd st! But who said we have enough?? Great friendly customer service, great coffee and food. The place has a stilysh and sleek presentation, all kinds of fancy coffee drinks to choose from... we got a cold brew mint mojito on tap which was minty enough but not super sweet which is nice; a strawberry basil lemonade- delicious... The Tuna Press Panini had the perfect crisp, a touch of jalapeños and creaminess overload. The La La Dream Toast on gluten free bread was unexpectedly delicious an... read more
Great addition to the ever-changing neighborhood. There's one not too far away (in The Grove) but having our own just down the block is such a treat. This space was under construction for quite awhile, but the work/renovation was worth the wait. The interior is classic LLLC, and there's also nice outdoor seating along Kings. And most importantly, the coffee and service are exactly what you'd expect at/from an LLLC. Welcome to the neighborhood, LLLC!
This was my first time visiting, I placed an online order which was not ready until 20 mins after stated time. I left this place with 2 kids meal unknowingly that they only placed one toy in the bag. As soon as I realized, i called, the woman who answered my phone told me I could come back and get the toy and she took down my name. I came back later the same day and I asked the gentleman about the toy. He said that as soon as you leave the premise, nothing can be done and he double checked with his lead. I'm not sure why ev... read more
Update: I thought to update my review since one of the employees sent me a personal message regarding my original review which I think is completely unprofessional and possibly against their policy, she didn't message to try and figure out what went wrong with my experience she sent a personal message to try and tell me how I should and should not feel very combative and how I should change my opinion and accused me of being a "grown man" " judging young girls" when in fact I am a female, not once did she ask what actually t... read more
overall we love LALALAND it's one of my family's favorites, the grove location is the best location as far as customer service and the magical experience, but the location on 3rd has terrible customer service it's a bunch of groggy workers who take no time with their appearance but seem to judge other peoples, they are very stingy about the merchandise, obviously when there is a theme people come for the themed cups and bags but the workers are so busy hiding and stealing the merch and stashing it in the back that they scold... read more
I've tried ordering from this location multiple times and unfortunately the experience is consistently disappointing. Orders are often incorrect or delayed, and the wait is always much longer than expected. On top of that, the place frequently shuts down for special events, leaving customers standing in long lines for drinks that are mediocre at best and definitely overpriced. What makes it even more frustrating is the refund process rather than issuing an immediate refund when something goes wrong, it takes several days to... read more
Great coffee, food and atmosphere. Friendly service. So sad they use so much plastic. Wasteful and terrible for the environment. Customers tend to leave their cups and trash over the neighborhood.
