Food was great, drinks were fantastic, especially the black coco margarita. Really enjoyed our time here, and the service was friendly. They also did a really nice job with interior decor and setting an ambiance, it’s a definite upgrade from the previous business: Farmer’s Table. Absolutely Amazing!! Everything was fantastic, the service was good, the food was good.
Food was quite good. The cacio Pepe and truffle pasta was prepared tableside. Delightful. As was the service. The wine list, however, could use a lot of retooling- to include glasses of rose which are not sparkling. We are happy to have a good restaurant in our ‘hood finally!
The interior design is beautiful. Despite the tasteful and classic design, the mood is casual. The staff is still learning as this place just opened, but they are attentive and make their way to all the tables/patrons. The best Italian restaurant in San Diego!! Loved meeting this female owned and operated restaurant We had the best pizza and pasta. The tiramisu was the best presentation we have ever seen
We had a great experience! Our server was lovely and very knowledgeable about the menu.
We made a reservation a week in advance but when we arrived about 10 minutes early, the restaurant was closed! We received no notice ahead of time and there was no sign on the door. They were supposed to be open from 4 pm on and our reservation was for 6:30. Very disappointing!!
Was excited to eat here because of the reviews. But didn’t meet my expectation…drinks taste nothing it’s like diluted. Pasta was ok, pizza very disappointing. I feel sorry to give a bad review because the staffs are very nice but this was my experience maybe their chef and bar tender were on vacation that day… the food is not good we didn’t even finish it. I cannot recommend.
I really hate to write a bad review because we had been looking forward to this dinner, but it was such a disappointment. I came for the cheese wheel expecting pasta in a rich cheese sauce. The waiter never explained it and instead I was served gnocchi with a mushroom sauce scooped onto a plate for forty dollars. It was barely edible. My husband’s fettuccine Alfredo was just okay. The kids buttered noodles were honestly the best thing we had. This ended up being one of the most disappointing meals I have had in a long time.
