The cable and TV was out for at least 24 hours. When I asked to switch rooms, they tried to give me a downgrade and told me that I will have to pay an extra amount if I wanted to be in an upgraded room the one I had already reserved.

It was terrible with no Internet …. Staff was also very rude to deal with this situation.. Because of no Internet me an my husband were not able to attend office meeting and we have to take compels day off. We need our refund back

The room was nice and clean what i didn't like was the grout in the bathroom was dingy and looked like it needed to be redone

Unfortunately I had selected the wrong La Quinta by accident - this one is I would not recommend. The check in staff was obviously not happy in their job; the plumbing in the bathroom was clogged; there was a lot of plaster on the walls from maintenance "fixes," there was evidence that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned; bed sheet had a stain on it - we had gotten back to the room very late otherwise I would have asked to be moved (won't make this mistake again!)

Furniture in the room are dated and stained. Room smelled stale and was hot. Shower didn't look clean. My room had a moth and a poorly flushing toilet. There was no remote for the television in the bedroom. It is conveniently located off the highway, so there's that.

When we checked in it looks so nice and clean once they gave us the room it was completely dirty it smelled horribly like dog urine. Ask to switch new rooms they gave us a new room but it was the same extremely dirty there was dog pee stains on our blankets it smells like dog urine still. I have pictures from first walking into the room. They have strict rules for a hotel that can't even have good cleanly service
