Room, hallways and pool area were extremely filthy. All the furniture in the room was stained, along with the carpets.

The whole property was bad there were about 5 people trying to get new rooms including us the room smelled like cat pee and the pups were leaking in the room. Everything smelled bad and the tub was cracked and the water would not drain it was just puddled up. I wish I can get my money back because I couldn’t sleep all night it was awful

I drive an electric vehicle. So when I make a reservation at a hotel that says “on site electric chargers” I expect them to work. Seriously. Everything about the hotel is nice 4/5. But I could have spent $9 more to stay at a different place with working chargers. Thanks.

This property is old and damaged, water damage to the drapes and ceiling is torn and hanging down over the bed. The girl who checked us in was very inappropriate with her remarks. This place is a no go for everyone!!!

The property is outdated. The cleanliness of the bathroom is terrible. The toilet seats are horrible, the tubs are dirty and draining slow. The vents are dusty. I changed rooms for a marginal improvement. Staff were pleasant

The room was run down and dirty and worst of all VERY EXPENSIVE! The furniture was stained and well beyond worn out. The tub/shower was so dingy and old that the caulk around the bottom of the tub was coming off and the faucet had a constant drip. None of the 4 of us staying in the room dared stepping foot in the shower. The only saving grace was the sheets on the beds were clean and we had only booked for 1 night.

Room wasn't very clean. Sofa in room looked dirty. Room was never serviced throughout our stay. Key card room number didn't even match room number on phone in room. Toilet didn't work properly. Roach found in tub. Moths in room (explains the holes in the curtains). Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Our room smelt like wet dog and cigarette smoke. The furniture had dog hair all over. There was mud on the carpet, black fingerprints on the walls. Some kind of sticky stuff on the coffee pot and the table it sat on.
