Strange guys hang outside the side doors in the evenings. The young man working the front desk in the afternoons has issues. He forgot to load our room key for three nights so the second night our key didn’t work. He never apologized. He said, “Sometimes that happens. I supposed you want me to come bring you the new key.”

Poor customer service for a cheap hotel. Bring your own towels and wash cloths because all the hotels bath towels are dirty with hair on them. Bed covers and couch have suspicious stains. And the front desk workers and manager have terrible service skills.

Completely gross and smelt of urine the whole building. TV didn’t work couches sheets everything was gross

Dirty and stinky Dirty stinky room smelled like a zoo… Switched rooms and then never received housekeeping for 5 days even after asking to be put on the “housekeeping list” at the front desk. Vacuumed my own room since it wasn’t done before us

My room smelled of urine around the bed. I didn’t know if it was because of an animal had been in there or not. It was disgusting. The bathroom/shower had clearly not been cleaned. I could see the urine stains on the toilet where they had not cleaned it. The shower had red nail polish streaks or something on it as well as what looked like dirt brown water spots. I was able to wash it off with my hands, so it was clear they had not washed the tub. The water in the bathtub and bathroom sink would back up and take a while to go... read more

Desperately needs updating. The hotel is really uniquely set up. We were put on the ground floor and close to the pool. We had a two room suite which worked perfectly for our family, however the room smelled like male cat spray and faintly of pot. The carpet seam between the two rooms was ripped, showing carpet padding, strings of fibers, and you could see down to the subflooring. The beds were okay and sunken in the middle.
