Our room smelt like wet dog and cigarette smoke. The furniture had dog hair all over. There was mud on the carpet, black fingerprints on the walls. Some kind of sticky stuff on the coffee pot and the table it sat on.
The television never worked, nor the internet. I had two kids with me and we had to use hotspots from our phone and they couldn't watch cartoons. The floor and couches were disgusting. The only thing that was nice was the kid pool.
My stay was only one night but it was filthy inside the building and room’s definitely needs a make over pool water was dirty to were you couldn’t see the bottom of th first stair and hot tub water was the same my daughter got bit bye a spider in the room had to go to store and get Benadryl for the allergic reaction halls smelt of weed and cigarettes and staff was no polite at all. Breakfast was ok but not a good variety of fresh I wouldn’t recommend staying here

The staff was nice, but the room was very dirty. Stains on the sheets, spilled coffee on the door, dirty mirror, smell of urine on the carpet. Manager wasn’t on site during our stay.
There was at least one bodily fluid looking substance on multiple bedding items (blood, poo, god knows what..).. there were “smudges” that looked like feces and/or food on the walls… the pool area was absolutely disgusting - literally dirt in the hot tub (and in the bubbles).. the pool was freezing cold and the kids pool wasn’t much warmer. Staff were not excited to be there and I can see why. We won’t be staying here again.
They would not let me check in so i was charged for this room and didnt stay
