There was trash everywhere. There wasnt any house keeping done. We had to ask for towels and then they were out. During our stay a car was broke into. There was stains and it smelled like urine. The ac filters were so dirty it wouldn't work so we removed the filter. Our toliet was leaking onto the floor and also always running. We couldn't change rooms due to them not having any

We had booked our room for 4 people. When we got there we only had 2 towels in the bathroom. We asked for more and the staff was rude and said they didn’t have anymore right then. The room wasn’t very clean, stains everywhere and smelled. The air conditioner didn’t really work. The whole time we were there our trash wasn’t picked up.

My issue with this location was that it was dirty.. I could tell right away it wasnt clean. The pools looked very dirty. The breakfast inside a bag was disappointing.

No room service offered as claimed due to COVID 19; however, the bedsheet & bedspread were worn and dingy. No one picked up Trash left in the hallway for days. Breakfast items were limited to few granola bars packed in a small lunch bags placed by the reception lobby.

Staff was so unfriendly, pool was out of order. This is a horror hotel. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Stay was horrible. I was traveling with cats but would never expect for the walls to be stained with animal urine. The entire hallway had the stench of mold and urine throughout. The bed sheets were stained. I felt uncomfortable being outside alone. I’ve been to many pet friendly hotels that took pride in ensuring all rooms stayed up to par!! Never again for me.

The front desk person Naomi was extremely rude. She cancel my reservation had to make another one online. She told me she had no rooms available, I had to speak to a manager in order to get a room. The room had dog hair I ask to be move because im allergic to pets and they did not move me to another room. Overall I wouldn’t recommend anything to stay at this hotel. My experience was awful.
