Would not recommend this hotel. Dirty furniture in the rooms. Syringes, garbage and dog poop all over the grounds. Highway noise from I-25. Items in the room were in disrepair. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the employees were nice.

Great location but hotel needs a complete makeover poor housekeeping pool area dirty walls around pool falling apart hallways and elevator very dirty

This hotel was disgusting. The bedding was stained and nothing looked like it had been wiped down. Walking through the hallways was even worse, the carpet was disgusting, there random crap on the ground and everything looked like it would be sticky.

I don’t normally write reviews but for some reason this hotel has decent reviews compared to the price which is why I chose to book here. First thing I noticed was there were a lot of homeless people in the parking lot and surrounding area. One morning when I went to walk my dog there was a lady digging in the dumpster and tried asking me for something. Do not stay at this hotel. Our sheets had visible blood stains and cigarette burns. They switched us to another room and the new room had the same problem and poorly functioning air conditioning (suggesting poor management or poor cleaning practices). So, we switched back to the first room, and asked for fresh sheets. The staff person apologized and said "absolutely" and that she would come and change the sheets herself--just give her 10 or 15 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and she never came. The front desk staff was great, i had issues with my keys but they were very kind and helpful getting me situated. My room was the most disgusting thing ever! The restroom had dirt piled up in each corner, brown smudges on the wall (who knows from what) the toilet seat was pretty scratched up it appears dirty and is like sandpaper. The rest of the main area had stains throughout the walls and furniture. My room had 2 beds, the bedding on one was stained with a yellow stain. Ither bed had smaller stains on sheets.
