This hotel was the dirtiest hotel ive ever been in took 3 rooms 2 hours and my 1 year old almost playing with broken glass management just asked why did i stay then i answered everyone had stopped check in by the time we went in to the 3rd room never stay here again
We are outside travelers and we were snowed in. Unorganized place and staff. Room bathroom lights wasn’t working. We couldn’t do our laundry because the office did not have quarters but yet have a quarter Operating equipment. They didn’t maintain thier parking lot after it snowed, we couldn’t get out of the parking lot.
The staff was very unprofessional, hotel was dirty. When I went to the room there were no sheets on the bed and the floor had trash all over it. When I approached staff about the issue they stated they had no other rooms and they had no housekeeping available.
Did not like being bothered on the way out a locked door. By homeless for money.
There was nothing good from this hotel stay. The cleanliness was bad, from dried up old coffee in the coffee maker to pealing paint on the ceilings in the bathroom to sheets that don't stay on the bed. The amount of effort to maintain and upkeep the rooms is clearly below standards. While the cleanliness can be overlooked for the price of the stay, the level of concern the hotel has for safety of it's guests is really what stands out as appalling. Do not stay. They will take your money then kick you out falsely accusing you of stuff you didn’t do
Do not go to this property. They will take your money and refuse service. I had stayed here for about a week and then decided to extend my stay last minute, as I go to extend at the front desk they suddenly tell me they want me gone and have the cops kick me out falsely accusing me of room hopping a week prior when I have proof all stays were fully paid for. The rooms where not clean when arrived. There was homeless people sleeping in hallways and yelling down the hall at 2:30 in the morning.
Homeless problem. Hotel is not secure. Staff wasn’t at desk for 30 min while waiting to check in.
