I like that pets stay for free. I did not like the room being dirty and heater not working in the room. It looked as if not cleaned in days.

Blood on our bed sheets that wasn’t ours. We dropped our bags off and went to the zoo.. came back and took the cover over the bed sheets off and there was dried blood.

If I could give negative points I would I went here for a girls night and we checked it and went out right away when we got back we saw how disgusting the tub was. There was still dirt in the tub from the last guests and then when we got ready to sit down and watch something the tv was going in and out non stop so I went to the front desk and the lady on that night shift said well what you want me to do about that rude As hell then we told her about the smell from the heater and the tub and she movie us rooms and that room s... read more

The photos showed much more than what the hotel actually is. The hotel is very dirty overall, carpets in hallways and room totally stained. Our room was dirty with food from previous guests in the fridge, so his receptionist to apologize moved us from room to a "better" one. The new room was also dirty. I asked the receptionist if there was a way to pay more for a deluxe room (hoping it would be better) and they totally denied it, He said: You have to check out and then a new reservation with the full price again. I am giving this hotel a bad rating. Check-in only allows traditional bank debit/credit cards. I was unable to use Venmo, CashApp, Robinhood, etc debit cards. No NFC payment, like Google, Samsung or Apple pay. People are using more high tech payment methods. They had no breakfast, but could have offered a substitute like boxed cereal. The pool was closed. I had my cell phone stolen from my vehicle in their parking lot. A few basic changes would make this a great place to stay.
