poor 1. was not clean. coffee maker seemed like they haven’t cleaned it for ages. i asked for a replacement and the new one was still the same. 2. we requested an airport shuttle the precioua day for an early morning ride to the airport. they said they’d have it ready, but the front door and reception was closed after repeated calling bells, and neither did the shuttle show up. it’s very poorly managed and cannot be reliable. we finally ordered an Uber after waiting for a while. location
It was restful. First room given to us was totally unacceptable. Bathroom needed major repairs with shower, tub, sink and running water. Burn marks were on the tub. It seems that the cleaning people would deliberately cover the marks with towels. Thankfully, Sam made sure we were given a better room, when the first room received was unacceptable.
“queen” beds were bearly bigger than a twin! the room we were in was very loud due to traffic, and kids up stairs jumping and screaming until 3am location was very convenient

Bad I waited at door late at night for desk clerk to open door. She saw me and did not open when I knocked three times. I finally called on phone. She was NOT apologetic. The room had a musty smell. The water in tub was HOT and did not have a cold adjustments to allow a shower. Just all disappointing. Nothing
Never coming back! The staff was rude, we were treated like we were an inconvenience to their socializing with each other. When we asked where we could get ice they said upstairs without showing us WHERE! Checkout was worst, they just shoved me my receipt with no THANK YOU! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because the room smelled of mildew and the beds had linen that need to be changed out. The mattress was worn out.
