Very unsatisfied. On the web site and information on the hotel they stated that the swimming pool was open. We came on spring break to bring my 7 yr old daughter to the zoo and to go swimming. Not happy at all. The manager stated that the pool opens only in the spring and it is spring and also it was 67 degrees out side. The hotel would not compensate us for their mis- information and I will never go back to this facility.
Never again! The bathroom floor was full of hair. The comforter spread that was supposed to be white clearly had dirt on it. The road and traffic noise was so loud! The people at the desk were nice!

Good I booked a non smoking room, but got a smoking room. I was informed that as the hotel was full and that I had booked thru a third party the smoking room was the only room left. I arrived late and was not about to search for another hotel room.
Disappointing No tienen agua, ni klinex, no hay microondas ni refrigerador, mucho ruido El precio y el breakfast
questioning my decision in staying at LaQ in the future. 1. staff are inconsidered for the needs of disabled people. 2. I was given the wrong room number and front desk claimed that it was my error. 3. putting handrails around a bath tube does NOT make t an ADA room. do a better job in creating ADA bathrooms. location is fine.
Very Poor Got to the hotel after a long trip and they refused to let us check in without a debit card! I had cash on hand up front and still was not able to get a room Property was nice
Okay Noisy location Shuttle service to airport and railrunner
If you need more than a cheap stay in Albuquerque...consider someplace else. Water Leak from Pipes, Bedroom Upstairs, Bathroom Upstairs Dripped onto 2nd Bed ALL NIGHT! Shuttle was unable to pick us up from our Airport or take us to our rental car in the AM. Pleasant Staff....Decent Breakfast.....Good Location
