Great location, good value, small room. The room was quite small. The hotel was a very good value when booked well in advance. It was very centrally located on the upper west side of manhattan and the surrounding neighborhood was lively and fun. We also had a nice view out of our window.
I travelled for my anniversary with my husband to NYC , we chose this hotel because of convenience. Everything turned ou The room was a bit dirty.. floor had debris on it , hair on the toilet in the bathroom , and the room was tiny! The staff was very friendly ! I thought the location was very convenient too.

Good Elevator is a problem - only 1 for 11 floors You might occansionally see roaches and stains Very loud inwindow AC but you can turn it off and open the window room is small but comfy and has the view over the west side of Manhattan very nice neighbourhood, close to subway station on 72 street, Central Park and Lincoln Arts center Breakfast was good

Wonderful Wie fast überall in Amerika gibt es auch hier sehr viel Plastik Geschirr. Das Hotel in Manhattan ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Empfang war sehr nett und das Zimmer klein aber schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker.
It is great location, very clean, the staff are great, and checking in was easy and fast. nothing, I love it very comfortable and accommodating, it has two bed as I requested, and was clean.
Muy bueno, excelente ubicación y desayuno variado. Cuartos un poco pequeños para 3 personas y solo tiene un elevador para todo el hotel. Excelente desayuno, muy buen servicio. Ubicación maravillosa.
