Really really enjoyed the property it was convenient to most everything we did subway station close The the main complaint I have was the elevator in the hotel. The hotel is 14 floors and they have one very small elevator that was pretty slow to operate. Mornings and evenings were probably the worst time to try and catch the elevator. If you're staying here you might request a room on the 5th or 4th floor or below because you'll be using the steps on a regular basis The room was nice but small which was expected. Pleasant L’accueil du personnel dès le chek in peut être nettement amélioré!! De plus le mobilier était abîmé, la moquette collante et des traces de calcaire + rouillé dans la baignoire. Petit déjeuné moyen. Le ménage était bien fait. Le manager est sympa ! Bien situé. L’hôtel est calme.

Great Stay. Helpful Staff. Convenient Location. Nothing as such. Just the TV should have more channel options for diverse travellers. Great place to stay. Very convenient location, subway stop just next street. Nice and helpful staff. The best thing was cleanliness, they did room service without asking. Breakfast was nice, can be improved with some variations in cooked menu.They also stored the luggage for us without any extra charge.
