Good Bathroom was too small, particularly the sink. Great location & Staff

Enjoyable! The elevator issue is true, 1 for all building so you have to manage to avoid rush times and cleaning staff uses it too! Wish the heater/SC wouldn’t be facing the bed so directly but is hard as rooms are small! closeness to Central Park is amazing and breakfast works! Lobby staff very friendly and helpful, thank you!

Comfortable & Courteous - a great value option for NYC The hotel in any other city would be considered poor.. but in NYC you have to put it in context. Yes, the rooms are small .. but you really only sleep there & the beds are comfortable. Our windows didn’t open & it was very warm, but rather that than cold. There’s only one lift but we never waited that long or I used the stairs (we were on the top 14th floor). lo recomiendo por calidad-precio y ubicación un único ascensor para 14 plantas, en horas punta teníamos que esperar bastante. había algún bichito pero estando al lado de Central Parc y en una isla, lo encuentro normal. ubicación, que el desayuno estaba incluido, y precio razonable.

Puente en Nueva York el desayuno debería ser un poco más elaborado y con más variedad. La máquina de bebidas de café un par de días no funcionaba y no ofrecían alternativas. En la habitación se escucha las cañerías de las habitaciones colindantes. que y el tamaño de los muebles son bastante grandes para la habitación que teníamos. la ubicación del hotel, las camas son muy cómodas y la limpieza de las habitaciones era muy buena. la limpian cada día.
