The staff is great but don't count on them being there if you return. Interior decor: run down In general the Hotel is run down. Carpet needs replacing in some of the rooms. They never seem to wash the windows. You have a great view on NYC brownstones from some of the rooms but the windows are so dirty you can only see through the bottom half.
