Good Bruyant, propreté pas impeccable, exigu. L'emplacement, le prix, les petits buffets du matin inclus.
Good The room was extremely small and the space was tight. Also, there is only 1 elevator and it is slow and utilized by both guests and staff, causing even more delays. The location is ideal and close to transit, attractions, shopping and restaurants.
Very Good The staff were really nice, we got to NYC from the airport after a night flight at 9AM, obviously we couldn't check in, but they let us go to breakfast, and once they had ready rooms they let us check in first because they knew we arrived really early. Location is also great! Right next to central park and a lot of restaurants and public transportation
Comfortable
Location was tremendous. Which made the rest of the visit more convenient and enjoyable. Staff was pleasant at the greeting and it stopped there. Not attentive at all. I'm unfamiliar with the parking rules on the street. I had a spot on the street and it would have been okay, but a fellow customer and I asked the staff and they gave non answers. We opted for a parking garage. It cost me $70. I spoke to a traffic cop the next morning and it turns out I could have left my car where it was and not spent the money on a garage. T... read more
Wonderful
Good De kamer was wel wat krap voor 3 personen. De lokatie van het hotel is goed. Het ligt vlakbij het Central Park. De metro is ook om de hoek. In de buurt zijn ook leuke restaurants en koffietentjes.
Pleasant One elevator and 12+ floors. Yikes. I enjoy the small rooms.
