we love location, staff and breakfast see above oops hallways by elevator very messy but in times of COVID maybe hard to get enough workers
Buen precio, excelente ubicación La máquina de hielo se estropeó pero el resto de cosas perfecto La ubicación excelente. El hotel limpio y el personal fue muy amable. El desayuno completo.
Great location No view from the windows, and the facilities were a bit basic, but can't complain given the price and location. Great location, only half a block away from Central Park and close to the subway. Having read other reviews which said the rooms were tiny, I booked a "king" room to be on the safe side and found that it was more than big enough. Buffet breakfast included in the price was convenient.

Muy recomendable Estábamos en el piso número 12 y hubo muchas ocasiones en las que el ascensor no funcionaba o tardaba muchísimo en llegar a la planta. Tuvimos que subir al menos dos días por las escaleras. Está en plena entrada a Central Park (en el memorial de Imagine) muy bien ubicado y cerca de las paradas de metro, ya sea por el este como por el oeste.
