Great budget hotel, the location is awesome, if you’re in NYC and need the hotel only for sleeping then this hotel is a Poor breakfast, and WIFI kept going in and out. Great location, , friendly staff, the room was clean and the beds was comfortable and I think it was a great deal for the price I paid.

Staff great. Hotel sucks Rooms are VERY small. Can barely squire in with a suitcase inside the room Staff was AMAZING, really tried to help.
the neighborhood makes the stay worthwhile there are often problems with the software at check-in. At times the elevator has been out of order. So I feel that maintenance is not a priority at the hotel. The rooms show annoying but not serious flaws with construction details like crooked switch plates and closets that have a column in the middle. Desayuno y ubicación son lo mejor La limpieza está cada vez peor, siempre fue el punto flojo. También la actitud de la jóven del desayunador, sin ganas de ayudar, sin ocuparse del aseo y tener todo en orden. También redujeron bastante la oferta de bagels y donas. Tener desayuno incluído en NY ya es un lujo, y junto con la ubicación es lo que hacen de este hotel la mejor opción para estar en un barrio tranquilo y sentirte como un verdadero Neworker.
muy bien muy pequeñas las habitaciones y el baño. pero si vas solo a dormir y ducharte, está bien. la ubicación es fantástica al encontrarse a una cuadra de Central Park, restaurantes, bares, estaciones de tren. el desayuno muy bueno, variedad para todos los gustos
