It’s is cute, tiny clean hotel The unpleasant, abrupt front desk lady in the morning was not pleasant, would not give me a receipt. She said that she would email my receipt but has not up until now. I love the location and your professional make staff

great location the door of my room was broken, It was very hard to go in, had to apply so much pressure to the door to opens It was so near to every place I wanted to visit

Pleasant The whole premises needs serious restoration. The furniture and fittings are old , dirty, and unattractive. Most rooms are too small. Breakfast was minimal and if poor nutritional value. The coffee was good. The location was fabulous.

Pleasant Room was very small, just a full size bed and a dresser. Free breakfast with waffles.

Great stay Pillows uncomfortable; tub stopper didn’t work; dirty and very slow elevator. The staff was excellent, location, and free breakfast. Good price.

I’m enjoy a lot my room. It was clean and it was everything that Expected I enjoy that was near to Central Park

Wonderful We had the King room. Perfect size, just wished that the bathroom was a little bigger. But it's New York and space is at a premium. The bed was so comfortable. The location was close to all the restaurants and the subway and we even found parking on the street for our rental car for our entire stay we got lucky!!
