Good O tamanho do quarto, muito pequeno quase não cabiam as malas. A placa de nome do hotel tão minuscula que quase não dava para ver. Da equipe, da decoração do quarto, cama confortavel e quarto aquecido.
Fair Very small bed, full size. No heat in room during very cold spell. No hot water . Very crowded breakfast room for the numerous travelers Good location
The location was very good , staff polite, breakfast not great , room very very small The breakfast ( the cooked food ) could have been better The room ( for the money) could have been better The coffee was awful Our radiator leaked !! The hotel was in a excellent location
I feel misled by the advertisement at booking.com webpage The hotel is very shabby. They misslead you with the photos in the booking.com page. Rooms are so small you cannot walk between the bed and the walls. Windows have not been cleaned ever and they don't close. Only bathroom although very little was clean and working well. There is one lift for a 12 store building that holds 5 people max. The waiting to go up or down was huge. The breakfast facilities are insulting, both in size and quality Location

Staff is great but room size matters, too! We were three with 3 big bags. After we entered the room, there remained no space to store things or to move around. Photos at the hotel website do not leave such an impression. Helpful and friendly staff suggested a checkout and full return of money for all the dates we did not stay. Staff is helpful and nice. And the location next to the Central Park is good too.
