A part from the friendly staff our stay was not so pleasant due to the small and dirty room. The size of the room was too small for two people, it wasn't clean at all and in the breakfast room there wasn't enough room for all the people. Friendly and kind staff

Exceptional The staff was spectacular from the moment we arrived. They were very welcoming and helpful. Keith was our favorite.. going above and beyond to help us feel right at home and making our vacation/ Birthday celebration all that more special! Susanna was also great! Кондиционер работает на тепло, но окна старые, дует из всех щелей. Столовая крошечная, утром просто нет места присесть. Из горячего были вареные вкрутую яйца и картошка отварная! Recommend... Amazing location, and very friendly stuff! Perfect place for Central Park lovers, and people who like to get away from Midtown jungle, but still be in the heart of the NYC. No complains at all. Room was small, but just as expected. Perfect for sleeping over (which you don't do much here anyway).
Fantastic hotel Everything about the hotel was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, warm and friendly. Great location too.
