Exceptional Just that there was no street parking. Had to pay 75$ to the parking facility for my vehicle. The staff was helpful accommodating and I loved the person who check me in. She was knowledgeable and let me check in 2 hours early. Anisa was so professional. She checked me in quickly. I was exhausted driving to the east coast. Then check out I met the manager who ran the property he was so friendly made the process quick as well. Room was clean, property had fresh breakfast in the morning. Definitely would stay again.

Exceptional The facility is clean. It’s close to everything. Staff are friendly and professional. I am a health care worker and spend the covid quarantine here and they made me feel like I was at home.

Diría que es más un hostal que un hotel Me toco la habitación 505 era extremadamente pequeña y quedaba al lado de una puerta de pasillo, que la verdad no tenía ni un sentido, las personas salían a las 5 o 6 de la mañana y la puerta con los golpes no me dejaba dormir por que sonaba muy fuerte el golpe al cerrarla, también sonaban mucho las cañerías del lugar a cualquier hora El agua salía perfecta y el personal atendía bien

Great location and value The only issue at this property is that they only have one elevator which the housekeeping staff use to transport their carts and supplies, so sometimes there is a wait for the elevator to arrive. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Location is in the middle of two subway stations, each only a block away. I had a room with a king size bed and it had plenty of space, with the following: a nice sized bathroom with tub/shower, plenty of hot water and pressure, a small dresser with three drawers, ... read more
