Great location but would not stay here due to facilities. Our 2 rooms were extremely small, could only open your suitcase on the bed. Air conditioning unit made intermittent loud noise so couldn't leave on in the night, therefore room got very hot. Breakfast room too small for the number of rooms, suggest a booking system of 30 min slots. Only one lift in the hotel for 14 floors was very frustrating and took up a lot of waiting time! Good The room is so small, three of us can’t barely move and difficulties to open the luggage. But this is new york anyway They gave us very early check in when we arrived at 5 AM without additional charge. It helped us a lot since we had been flying for 24 hours. The location is great, close to AMNH and plenty restaurant nearby.

Fair La habitacion es muy pequeña y el baño es diminuto y no tiene nada de luz. Las toallas rotas y alfombrilla del baño manchadas. Las sabanas olian mal supongo que seria por la almohada amarilla que hay debajo. El comedor tiene una capacidad de 15 personas y el hotel 14 plantas asi que a la hora del desayuno es la guerra. Lo unico bueno que tiene es la ubicacion. Esta muy centrico. El personal es amable.
Good value for money but you get what you pay for! Very reasonable for nyc. The room was so small!! The bathroom was even smaller- literally couldnot turn around. Bed was very comfy. Location was great. We had an air conditioner which provided white noise. Breakfast was included which was nice- eggs were good but a lot of the food was sugary.
Good The radiator in our room kept hissing for long periods of time every day of our stay. Was disturbing at night time, but when we approached reception it had stopped on each occasion. Was in a very good location, great transport links.
