Good Solo 1 ascensor para todo el hotel, al estar en la 1 planta usábamos las escaleras, pero al querer bajar las maletas siempre llegaba lleno y tuvimos que bajarlas a mano. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el baño lo es mas, aunque esto es NY, y suele ser habitual. Desayuno normalito, el comedor es bastante pequeño y siempre esta lleno, consejo: madrugar! Would definitely stay at la Quinta again. Small bathroom Very noisy radiator One lift serving 12-14 floors with cleaners trying to use it in the mornings causing congestion and long waits. Location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Fab breakfast included. Good value.
Buona la posizione, il resto lasciamo stare Il bagno è minuscolo e freddissimo La camera tripla era estremamente piccola. Non c era posto per niente, ne valigie ne vestiti (nn c é l armadio). Non c è neanche una sedia in camera. Niente frigo/minibar La colazione andrebbe bene se ci fosse spazio per sedersi. Abbiamo fatto anche 20mins di attesa per un posto libero. Thankyou! The sizes of the room were very small for 3 people. I think they should stick to 2 for some rooms. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and very accommodating. Susanna and Keith were so lovely.

Lovely location and very friendly staff The hallway and the rooms can be cleaner...I found hairs and dried foam in the shower before I even used it. The carpet wasn't very clean. I travelled alone and the room was fine for one person, I hope there are bigger rooms if you travel with two. But I think the rooms in NYC are always that small, it's a big city.
